Welcome to my mole page! I take it you have a problem with moles. Why not let me sort it out for you?

nimbymole pest-control' has been catching moles for a number of years using only traditional ways of mole trapping. No poisons, no chemicals and no gassing  Using only traditional methods, we only catch what we set out to catch - your mole.

Moles don't carry any diseases although they can bring soil-bourne diseases to the surface with their digging. They live a solitary life until the breeding season. They can create a vast expanse of tunnels whilst looking for food, mainly worms. The mole-hill you see on the surface is the spoil from the tunnel excavations. The tunnels go in all different directions and run at different levels depending on soil conditions.
Contrary to popular belief, trying to flood mole runs with a hosepipe does not work as moles are good swimmers and the network of tunnels is vast.

Moles are active all year round. They don't hibernate; they dig, eat and sleep through all seasons. If left undisturbed, moles can have a significant impact on the land, making it unsightly at best or, at worst, hazardous to users - animal and human - and perhaps unusable (for example, sports fields). Where damage is extensive, restoring the land to its previous condition can be costly. Even one mole can cause a lot of damage.

Dealing with the mole problem sooner rather than later could save you money in the long run.

nimby-mole works 7 days a week, offering one-off or short and long-term contracts. We cover predominantly Herts, Beds and Bucks but are happy to consider contracts outside these areas.
